Over roughly 18 months, legacy infrastructure moved toward Kubernetes while monitoring, logging, cost control and operational quality were materially improved. Engineering outcome

Inherited on an older VM-based stack, then modernized onto Kubernetes. Monitoring and maintainability improved, while failover procedures became more consistent and the service stayed easier to operate.
